In 2013 the German Embassy, DAAD, GIZ, and LUMIJOR bakery were kind to provide ISA University with valuable equipment for the development of renewable energies in the area of biomass as a donation. Responding positively to the request that this University made to establish the first laboratory of renewable energies based on biomass of the Dominican Republic. Later, thanks to JICA and the Japanese people, the facilities were reinforced with equipment to complete the needs presented by this modern Laboratory.
These equipments have contributed to the improvement in the academic programs quality, research and assistance to the productive sector carried out by ISA University. This donation reaffirms the good relations of the University which contribute to the development of the Dominican Republic, creating strong academic and technological foundations for the formation of future professional generations.
